OUR RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

At VMA Uniforms, we’re committed to ensuring you’re happy with your purchase. Due to the customised nature of our products, we have a specific returns and refunds policy to address any concerns you may have. We are here to help make the process as smooth as possible!

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If your product arrives faulty or damaged, we are here to assist you with a resolution. Please note that due to the personalised nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind or selecting the wrong size or colour during the order process.

WHAT WE OFFER FOR FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If your product is not in top condition, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Depending on the situation, we may:

• Repair the product
• Replace the product
• Reprint the original product (if applicable)
• Provide a partial refund based on the item’s condition

Please keep in mind that repairs, replacements, or reprints may take additional time to produce and ship.

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

To ensure a smooth process, please note the following:

• Items must be returned in their original condition, including original packaging for an exchange to be accepted.
• We cannot process refunds or exchanges for issues caused by selecting incorrect sizes or colours, unless it’s an error on our part.

STEPS TO RETURN & EXCHANGE ITEMS

We have made the return process simple and straightforward. Just follow these steps:

1. Please email info@vmauniforms.com.au with details of the item(s) you wish to return. From there, we will send you an official Returns Form.
2. Complete the Returns Form: Print and fill out the form, then include it with your returned item(s).
3. Send your item(s) along with the completed Returns Form via courier or registered mail to:

PLEASE NOTE: Returns without a completed Returns Form will not be processed.
Once we receive your return, we will arrange for a replacement or refund, where applicable, as quickly as possible.
